Think Act Thrive is a clinical hypnotherapy, behavioural‑change, and sports‑performance mindset practice.
We help three core groups:
Everyday people
We help people break free from reactive survival patterns — stress, anxiety, self‑doubt, emotional loops — so they can think clearly, act intentionally, and live from conscious choice.
Athletes
We help athletes overcome mental blocks, performance anxiety, return from injury, inconsistency, and self‑sabotage by strengthening mental resilience, focus, and identity‑level confidence.
Positive Aging
Clinical hypnotherapy can significantly contribute to positive aging by addressing various factors that can hinder health and well-being.
People know what they should be doing, but old patterns, fear, or pressure hijack their performance — in life or in sport.
We help them update those patterns at the root.

At the heart of Think Act Thrive is Joe Hujs, an advocate for all abilities athletes and a powerful example of what determination, mindset, and rehabilitation can achieve.
After undergoing anterior lumbar interbody spine fusion surgery, Joe had to relearn everyday tasks—walking included. Each step became a mini race, each milestone a finish line. Through perseverance, structured rehabilitation, and a relentlessly positive mindset, Joe not only returned to movement but went on to complete multiple 100 Mile, 100km and 50km trail running events, and continues to pursue new challenges on the trail event calendar.
Joe now channels his journey into motivating and mentoring others recovering from injury or rebuilding confidence. He uses running as a platform for mental and physical wellbeing, demonstrating how an active lifestyle—within one’s abilities—can transform lives. As a passionate advocate for healthy living, Joe champions the role of nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle in supporting long term wellbeing and performance.
